Our best interests obtained
Shane was actually our agent when we purchased this Unit and we thought his experience in the Maroochydore/ Alex region would help us obtain the best outcome.From the start his predictions were realistic. In a market that had just come off the boil, we had no doubt Shane's expertise and resources would provide the greatest range of potential buyers. Again his experience came into play when the eventual buyers expressed further interest in the Unit and he was able to bridge the gap between our wishes and that of the buyer. We would have no hesitation in utilising Shane's skills again in the future.

Clear and concise!
As first time buyers, Shane really showed us the ropes. He was super transparent, gave us really clear direction and lots of tips to help make the process as simple as possible. He was there to answer all of our questions on the phone or via text or email at any time of the day that we needed him. Consistent and Honest
