Shane Purssell was referred to me by my brother after Shane had sold his unit in the same complex. Shane couldn't have been more professional if he tried. From the first phone call leading to the listing to final settlement day, Shane kept me right across everything that I needed to know.
Being from interstate and not having one face to face communication with Shane, it was very comforting that he kept me fully abreast of all stages of the process - by phone and email. He explained the strategy behind the listing price and it delivered a solid outcome for both me as the vendor and the purchaser too.

Bought and Sold with Shane
We met Shane back in 2017 when we purchased our Investment Unit. He was extremely professional and polite and took the utmost time to answer every and all question we had, and more, including area statistics and local reviews. When we decided to sell, we of course never hesitated in calling Shane as our preferred and only agent.
