Easiest Transaction Ever! It is a sellers market at the moment and as a buyer, it is tough to get an agent to call you back, take you seriously and to be swift in helping you to secure an offer on paper. I found myself in a few multi offers on other properties with other agents. Then Dan came along.....
Dan listened to what I was looking for and contacted me with some prospective listings. He answered all of my questions professionally, promptly and arranged an inspection around my crazy shift work hours. The whole transaction was very easy.
