It was all round a very positive experience. We had approached several agencies in the area only to find a sequence of dealers who did not return phone calls, were not available and generally provided extremely poor advice. We had used First National at the time of the purchase of the above property and also in Sydney for two property purchases many years ago.
The response was rapid and friendly and all organised meeting happened on time (i think i was late for one); you were available on a Sunday which was outstanding. The time spent with the oldies living in the house at the time of listing was very important to them and we thank you for that.
The minor issue of the building report compliance was also well handled apart from the last minute contact about an issue which we thought had been sorted, and this was settled quickly again anyway.
The documentation was clear including disclosure about the fees etc.
The advertising was extremely well handled.
Again we thank you for your compassion and for your professional service at what has in fact been a very difficult time in the family.
If we were to buy or rent in the area in the future we would not use any other real estate agent.
