Shane was my Agent for both the Purchase, and the eventual Sale of my Unit. He was Committed to a positively agreed outcome in both situations. The Sale of my Unit was initiated just prior to the peak of COVID19 and required a great deal of extra Patience and greater Effort which Shane performed in a totally Professional and Respectful manner. I don’t even know where to start with Dan... He has been by far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Dan Bradley made the entire process of selling my house completely stress free. I felt as though I didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about a thing the entire time - He took care of absolutely everything.
