I don’t even know where to start with Dan... He has been by far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Dan Bradley made the entire process of selling my house completely stress free. I felt as though I didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about a thing the entire time - He took care of absolutely everything. Dan took over our holiday one bedroom listing a couple of years ago. He understood the property and its rental income from Mantra letting pool. Shane took on my sale with enthusiasm. He advised me to let him work with his contacts before we committed to a $1600 advertising campaign. With that, Shane had an offer for me within 10 days and he then managed to increase the sale price again before contract.
