Summer of Surf ‘First National Real Estate Board Series’

The Summer of Surf 2016/2016 series kicked off today at Alexandra Headland, proudly hosted by Alexandra Headland Surf Life Saving Club.

A great crowd turned out to see Harriet Brown win the Women's Board, and Rhys Burrows take out the Men's Board in the First Round of the First National Real Estate Board Race.

First National Real Estate is proud to again sponsor athletes to improve their life saving skills through the Summer of Surf ‘First National Real Estate Board Series’ which will be televised weekly on FOX Sports.

Helping lifesavers competitively improve their skill, speed and efficiency can only help reduce the number of drownings on our beaches each summer.

‘First National Real Estate’s Board Series is intended to encourage competition amongst the fittest and most dedicated athletes in the country as they compete for the First National Real Estate sponsored title’.

With $15,000 in cash prizes for round 1, an exciting announcement about the overall club series coming in days, plus all Beach events and surf races open to the public this is sure to be an exciting Summer.
