The Bli Bli Village – Town Centre is an exciting new $30 million development brought to the Bli Bli community by the White’s Commercial Property Group. The centre will offer a three-stage, multi-level commercial precinct including a mix of professional suites, retail shops, restaurants and cafes. A basement level car park will provide parking for close to 200 vehicles. Tenants can choose from retail and commercial space from 94m2 through to 500m2 depending on individual requirements.
PROJECT CONSTRUCTION
Construction is now underway following three years of careful design, planning and approvals processes led by Group Developers Michael and Roz White, a team of architects, engineers and local contractors.
Completion of phase one is set for March of next year with construction of the remaining buildings to follow shortly after.
Once operational, the Village will offer a range of medical and wellness services including a doctor’s surgery, a dentist, pathology, remedial massage and more. A selection of retail stores and a tavern are also confirmed.
The project follows the $15 million refurbishment of the successful Bli Bli Village – Rivermarkets, located across from the new Bli Bli Village –Town Centre.
This Rivermarkets refurbishment revitalised the existing shopping precinct and expanded on the infrastructure and services available to the Bli Bli community. Rivermarkets is now fully leased with 15 tenants including a pharmacy, post office, real estate, bottle shop and butchery. The Bli Bli Village – Town Centre development is now perfectly positioned to capitalise on Rivermarket’s success.
